Nyūhaku Bowl
Each piece is individually made by hand in Los Angeles. Variations in form, color, texture, and glaze are part of the making process, and no two pieces are exactly alike.
Description
A handmade ceramic bowl finished in a softly opaque, milky glaze.
The warm clay body appears beneath the semi-gloss surface, creating subtle shifts in depth and color. Its mineral quality recalls the smooth, weathered walls of a limestone cave.
The exposed clay foot creates a quiet contrast with the glazed form and reveals the natural texture of the clay body.
Designed for serving, shared dishes, or everyday objects, its generous rounded form is both functional and sculptural.
